Conformance

All vendors of ControlNet products must agree to the ControlNet International Terms of Use for the ControlNet Technology and obtain and maintain a unique Vendor ID for each brand and/or entity under which a company chooses to manufacturer and sell Control Net products. This Terms of Use Agreement requires that vendors manufacturing and selling ControlNet products conform to the specification at all times.  In addition, vendors may conformance test their products.  Products which have been determined by ControlNet International to have passed conformance testing receive a Declaration of Conformity from ControlNet International for the product.  This Declaration of Conformity provides ControlNet users with the guarantee that the product complies with the ControlNet specification and has been certified by ControlNet International.  Vendors who have received a Declaration of Conformity for a product have the right to be use the ControlNet CONFORMANCE TESTED certification logo mark and certification word mark on the product and in materials about the product;  these marks are as follows:
